In 2005 the Gulf Coast of the Mississippi suffered massive damage from the impact of hurricane Katrina.

 

Though the area is beginning to recovered, there is still a long way to go for things to be brought back to a form of normalcy. This is especially true of the economically poorer areas of places such as New Orleans

 

Leverage Points aims to enhance awareness of the situation and the people of New Orleans through a book currently being researched.

 

Additionally Leverage Points is interested in exploring options of working with organisations and agencies operating in the area in an advisory capacity.
